      Are there additional fees for a Docket Update?

      Docket Updates may incur PACER fees.

      PACER fees apply for any Docket Update schedule frequency other than Manually.

      Each time PacerPro pulls the docket on your behalf, the standard fee of 10 cents a page (capped at $3/update) will be charged directly to your organization's PACER bill.

      In this example, the Docket Update will incur charges every day, regardless of whether there was docket activity. 

      Tip: If Manually is selected, you will only incur fees if you refresh a docket on PacerPro from the Smart Docket. 

      If another user refreshes the docket, or has an Update Schedule set, you will also receive the email notification without any additional charge.
