If you're not seeing a case you expect to see when you filter your My Cases page, it means that you don't have a bookmark for any case matching that search term.
There are a couple of ways to add a case to the My Cases page:
- If an attorney at your firm has an appearance on this page, you can look for it in the All Cases tab
- If the case is not available in All Cases, you can search for it on PacerPro and then bookmark it
Cases show up in My Cases after the first time there's been a filing in a case after an attorney has been set up with PDF2Go in the court where the case is filed.
If you or the attorney you support has just entered an appearance in the case, you can wait until the next time there's a filing, and the case should automatically appear on your My Cases page.
