      Why is PDF2Go not guaranteed in this case?

      PacerPro can only guarantee real-time notifications when:

      • you, or an attorney at your firm, has a notice of appearance in the case, and
      • the attorney of record in the case has an @ecf.pacerpro.com email address added as a secondary recipient

      Tip: If you have access to a recent Notice of Electronic Filing for this case, look for an @ecf.pacerpro.com address next to the attorney's name. If it's not there, reach out to a PacerPro admin at your firm. 

      There are some other, less common reasons, why you might not be receiving PDF2Go in a particular case.
