PacerPro offers two types of email notifications: PDF2Go and Docket Updates.

| Available for federal cases where you or an attorney at your organization has a notice of appearance and is set up with PacerPro* |
Available for any federal case, whether you or a member or your organization has an appearance or not |
| Sent within a few minutes of the court's Notice of Electronic Filing | Sent according to the schedule set by you or another member of your case team*** |
| Includes attachments of any publicly filed documents associated with the filing** | Does not include attached documents |
| Does not incur additional fees | Incurs standard PACER fees billed directly to your organization's PACER account |
* Some courts may require additional setup. If you are not receiving PDF2Go for a case where you believe you or the attorney of record is set up, please contact support@pacerpro.com
**Large filings may be sent as a zip file, or as links to the downloaded documents on app.pacerpro.com
***Emails are only delivered when there has been a change to the docket. PACER fees accrue according to the schedule set, regardless of whether there has been docket activity.
