      What do I need to do to make sure documents will sync?

      Make sure these steps are completed so that documents will sync into iManage or NetDocuments

      If your firm subscribes to our Manifold integration with iManage, NetDocuments, or another service, you should expect to see your firm's federal court filings and/or other case data.

      If not, try the below steps. 

      • Ensure the case is properly set up for PDF2Go 
      • Ensure the correct client/matter number is entered for the case on PacerPro, in the format required by your firm

      If the above items are in order, please reach out to your firm's PacerPro administrator and/or support@pacerpro.com for assistance. 

      There may be a lag the first time there is a filing in a case after it's been set up with PacerPro. If you're still not seeing the documents automatically sync, reach out to your firm's PacerPro admin to check on the status.
