Learn how to ensure you'll receive PDF2Go notices for cases where your firm appears pro hac vice
Many federal courts do not allow attorneys appearing pro hac vice to receive a free look of filings in these cases. This means PacerPro doesn't get a free look to process documents, either.
When this happens, we send a real-time email with a copy of the court's Notice of Electronic Filing attached, rather than the documents themselves.
If you experience this, the only way we can guarantee real-time documents is by setting up your local counsel. Reach out to your firm's PacerPro admin or to support@pacerpro.com for help.
You might not experience this in every case where your firm appears pro hac - some courts allow pro hac attorneys to receive free look documents. In other cases, we might be processing documents for an attorney at another firm, and are therefore able to send them to you as well.
