      Are there fees associated with searching on PacerPro?

      Learn about fees associated with PacerPro search

      PacerPro is an overlay to PACER: when you're searching for a case within a court or on the PACER Case Locator database, PacerPro is logging into PACER in real time, using your or your firm's PACER account. 

      Therefore, the same fees that apply to searching on PACER apply to PacerPro.

      • Search results cost 10 cents a page
      • Generally, there is no charge searching for a case with a complete case number within one specific court 

      PACER Case Locator searches can become very costly, depending on your search terms. PacerPro will warn you about the estimated cost of the search before it loads. You will have the option to cancel the search before fees are incurred.
