      Can I receive real-time documents for a case?

      Check whether you're eligible to receive PDF2Go

      Real time email notifications with documents attached are available for publicly-filed documents in cases where you or an attorney at your firm/organization has filed.

      The filing attorney’s CM/ECF account must be set up for PacerPro in that court. 

      You can check whether you can expect to receive PDF2Go emails by checking the PDF2Go Lightning Bolt icon on your My Cases page.

      If it says 

      • ON: You should expect to receive real-time documents for this case! At least one attorney in your firm/organization appears in this case, and they have been properly set up with PacerPro.  
      • IF AVL: At this time, no attorney in your organization has an appearance in this case. We will only be able to send real-time documents if we are processing them via a PacerPro user in another organization.  
      • OFF: You will not receive PDF2Go notifications for this case.
