Can I add an external email address to a PDF2Go or Docket Update distribution list?

Find out how to add a recipient to a distribution list, whether or not they have an account or are part of your organization.

You can add any recipient to a PacerPro distribution list by entering their email address. The recipient does not have to be in your organization, or have their own PacerPro account.

To do so,

  1. Find the case on your My Cases or All Cases page
  2. Click on the Team icon to the right of the case title
  3. In the box to enter an individual by name, enter the recipient's email address instead
  4. The recipient will be added to the distribution list

If the email address doesn't appear on the distribution list, please contact support@pacerpro.com --- this might mean the user already has a PacerPro account in another organization.
