Find out how to add a recipient to a distribution list, whether or not they have an account or are part of your organization.
You can add any recipient to a PacerPro distribution list by entering their email address. The recipient does not have to be in your organization, or have their own PacerPro account.
To do so,
- Find the case on your My Cases or All Cases page
- Click on the Team icon to the right of the case title
- In the box to enter an individual by name, enter the recipient's email address instead
- The recipient will be added to the distribution list
If the email address doesn't appear on the distribution list, please contact support@pacerpro.com --- this might mean the user already has a PacerPro account in another organization.
