      Are there fees associated with PDF2Go emails?

      There are no additional fees associated with PacerPro PDF2Go emails. PDF2Go emails are available for free with your PacerPro subscription.

      PacerPro is able to deliver PDF2Go for your firm's cases by leveraging the free look federal courts provide attorneys and their secondary recipients to their federal court filings.

      • PDF2Go emails are generally guaranteed for cases where your attorney has a Notice of Appearance and has been set up with PacerPro.
      • If you're not receiving emails for a case and believe you should be, check out the Troubleshooting menu on the left side of the screen.
      • If we're processing PDF2Go documents for another firm, we will send them to users who bookmark the case and turn their notification settings ON. There is no way to guarantee whether we are sending PDF2Go cases for cases outside of your firm.
