How much does it cost to search?

Find out whether, and how much, you can expect to pay for a search.

Because PacerPro is an overlay to PACER, searching on PacerPro can incur PACER fees.

  • Searching for a specific court and case number: no charge
  • Searching a court for a party name, or partial case number: 10 cents per page of search results
  • PACER Case Locator search: 10 cents per page of search results
  • Prior to loading results for a PACER Case Locator search, PacerPro will inform you of how much the search is expected to cost, and allow you to cancel the search
  • You can reduce fees by entering a date range prior to running a search
