      How do I unsubscribe from a case or distribution?

      Find out how to stop receiving notifications for a particular case

      • Log onto your PacerPro account
      • Either scroll through your My Cases page, or select a Filter option at the top of the page, to find the case you'd like to adjust
      • To keep the case bookmarked but turn off notifications, select the Teams icon to the right of the case title
        • Turn off PDF2Go and/or Docket Updates for yourself
        • You can also choose to turn either setting off for other distribution list members
      • To remove a bookmark, so that notifications are turned off and you no longer see this case on your My Cases page, click on the bookmark icon to the far right and select Remove from My Cases

      If you used the Docket Updates feature and set an Update Schedule yourself, make sure to change that schedule to Manually before turning off Docket Update notifications, or removing your bookmark, to avoid incurring fees.
